1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund window for most digital course purchases made through the Platform. To qualify, refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, refund eligibility expires.

2. Conditions

Refunds may be approved only if the following criteria are met:

  • The request is submitted within the 30-day window.
  • No significant portion of the course has been completed or downloaded.
  • The request does not involve previously refunded repeat purchases.
  • The request is not linked to promotional or bundled access, unless otherwise stated.

3. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed courses or certificates issued.
  • Subscription-based services (if applicable) after access has been granted.
  • Partial refunds for lesson-by-lesson purchases.
  • Cases of account sharing, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Use.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email [email protected] with your full name, registered email address, and order ID. Most requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

5. Payment Processing

Please note that refund times may vary depending on your payment provider. In most cases, funds are returned within 5–10 business days from the date of approval.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical error (such as being unable to access your course), please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If resolution is not possible within a reasonable time, a full refund may be offered at our discretion.

7. Right to Refuse

WOICE LTD reserves the right to decline a refund if misuse, repeated refunding, or abuse of the system is suspected.
